He went for a same-day virtual tour to show us the house and then immediately set us up with alerts when new homes became available within our search criteria. We looked at probably 20 houses with him over many months and talked about another dozen or two via text. He was incredibly patient with us and informative during the search process and stuck with us even though we kept waffling on seriously looking or holding off for another year. He has a great sense of humor and it was fun to view homes with him. We almost bought a money pit but his great advice expertise in the market and knowledge of common signs of needed home repairs and the costs kept us from making a big mistake. It was a very long and roller coaster of a closing process due to the property having been a rental but Jordan was patient and transparent throughout. His recommended Mortgage brokers were also great throughout the process despite the ever-moving closing date and were particularly good at explaining things to a fairly clueless first-time buyer. Jordan arranged all the needed quotes to facilitate my budget reviews so I could be comfortable in the negotiations. His recommended inspector was also great.
